Boy Scout and Scouter Registration This charts shows the total number of registered Scouts and Scouters in each council.

Membership Density Youth Boy Scouts are under 18; Youth OA membership includes only OA members under 18. Adult Boy Scouts are 18 or older; Young Adult OA membership includes OA members from 18 to 21; Adult OA membership includes OA members over 21.

Youth Boy Scout and OA Membership Registered Youth Boy Scouts includes Scouts who have not earned the First Class rank.

Scouters and OA Membership

Youth Membership Density Youth membership density is the percentage of registered Boy Scouts who are members of the OA. Youth Boy Scouts Registered includes Scouts who have not earned the First Class rank. Youth OA membership includes only OA members under 18.

Adult Membership Density

Adult Membership Density Adult membership density is the percentage of registered Scouters who are members of the OA. This calculation includes OA members 18 and over.

Average Lodge Membership Retention: Membership retention measures the number of arrowmen who continued their membership from 2014 to 2015.
