Overview about Existing System Client is having an Analog loggers in multiple branches which is used to record the conversation happened with their customers. It is a PCI based Card which is inserted in computer slot and lines will be connecting through parallel connectivity with phone instrument & Card as well. All the Recordings are saving in branch computers and time to time its sending to Head office when requested. The mode of Share Recordings with Head office is like taking remote access of system and transfer it, Made CD/DVD’s of all the recordings then courier it etc..

Overview about FTP Application We suggested solution to client to transfer all the recordings at the EOD by using FTP application on your Head office situated server. We have taken one window server with client over Head office which should have access to connect with all the branches. We put one application in all branches computer system which read all the recordings & transfer to window server that’s called FTP server.
