Score with a tool

After you score you add slip

Then you attach the coil

Decorate the edges with your coils

Coils can intertwine or even make teardrops

Fragile piece, but coils can create a design

Look at the different coil designs

The coils can go in different directions

You don’t have to smooth out the coils

The coils can be part of a lizard

Your coils can be an image

Sculpture and coils combined

Weaving

You can weave a lid

Weaving can be seen as a sculpture

Flatten some coils and smooth out others

Smoothed out coils create a beautfiul pot

You can shave off the round part of the coils and engrave the other coils

Make coils and flatten the outside of them with a straight edge
