Selection of the Offers Teldas has prepared a spreadsheet with criteria allowing to weight the different offers. Main criteria categories are: Tenderer related criteria (expertise of the company, references, understanding of the target...) Facilities (data centre location, security...) Migration (migration concept, experience...) Solution System architecture (technical elements such as storage, back- up/restore concept, disaster concept) Operating and Service Desk (Helpdesk capability, governance, reporting, fault & alarm management...) Commercial (prices, SLA penalties...) Teldas Members will take final decision, based on recommendation from Teldas Manager. Team evaluating the offers: Andrew Kerr (Orange), Philippe Ritter (Swisscom), Ruedi Messer (PM Teldas), Anne-Catherine Christen (Teldas Manager)

CR 1206 for Application Migration HP has made a budgetary quotation based on T&M for the delivery of the requirements of CR 1206 Subprojects to be planned Tasks to be performed within subprojects Pre-migration Setting up a new test server Parallel test Setting up a new production server Migration Testing a new server using the existing parallel run facilities Restore original data after parallel test

Overview Migration Steps New Provider Prepare new data centre HP Application Copy prod data on new infrastructure and organise a parallel run Then copy of test server on new infrastructure (on cluster environment) WG / New Provider back-up tests, restore tests, tests of the alarms... (bug fix, cooperation with new Provider) data integrity tests and regression tests on the INet-Server (bug fix by HP Application) migration of the production on the 2 clusters + migration of the test environment Start operations / maintenance tasks according defined SLA Start Helpdesk (know-how transfer to take place before rollout date) Teldas PM to monitor the whole project Test phase: How long? Rollout Date = non-working day tbd

Questions to Headgroup Preferences for Data Centre Rollout Date? Preferences for Inet-Server Release 2014 Date ? Changes to the existing services? SLA (system availability/ Helpdesk availability & response times) New services expectations? Requirements for the weighting of the offers? e.g. if one functionality is more critical than another? Ok to have some weight included for the capability to take over one day the Application Part from HP Application Team?
