Summative Updates In progress timed out reactivated automatically when student logs in, no longer have to be reactivated; the kids will simply need to use the next day’s DAC code to enter the test. Monitoring new condensed format. "Clear", "Next", "Back" and "Review/End"

Updates to Scoring: KELPA2 & HGSS Reduced need to scroll, better use of space, improved student response placement, visibility of media Improved manual scorer assignment process (no need to deselect) Harm to Self/Others (visibility page that identifies student items that have been flagged with this code for DTC to determine if actions are required.) Print writing responses Monitor Scoring Extract shows 1 row per domain (w and s) (no adding rows for scorer & only shows rostered teacher) New Monitor Scoring Screen that displays students item scores by row per scorer. This shows which scorer scored an item. User can download as CSV file, but also displays on screen

Testing Summary – Morning View Snapshot view – data updated twice daily M-F In morning, ”today” column will display “n/a” District users may view data for each school in district Downloads available – for district will include district counts and counts for all schools in district

Testing Summary – Afternoon View Updated information will be available mid-day Weekend testing (i.e., virtual schools) will be available mid-day Monday, reported in Monday’s data

Scoring Summary Works like testing summary Timeframes /updates Districts can see school level as well as district Downloads

Reactivations Can see student detail or summary view for all students in user’s organization One timeframe at a time State view will have a column for district

Testing Outside Expected Hours Student starts / finishes a test outside of expected hours Excludes students in schools with “virtual” in school 6AM – 5PM Mon-Fri.
