I stayed at this hotel at the beginning of May. Tamara’s review I stayed at this hotel at the beginning of May. I am completely dissatisfied with the hotel. First of all, I booked a double room, but when we arrived we got a single room with extra bed. The room was not new and it was not very clean. The street next to the hotel was very loud and I could not sleep. We could not use the Internet because it was very slow.

The hotel website said there was big breakfast included in the price of the room. It is true, but there was a big group of Chinese tourists in the hotel so when we went to breakfast there was no food for us. We had only coffee and a sandwich. We talked to the staff about it, but they were not very helpful. In general the service was horrible, the staff was rude and unhelpful. The hotel has good location and the price is not too high, but I do not recommend this hotel. I found the hotel very bad. Tamara

I stayed at this hotel at the end of March. Yuliya’s review I stayed at this hotel at the end of March. I found the hotel very nice. I booked a twin room, but all the twin rooms were taken when we arrived and the hotel staff gave us a suite. The room was beautiful and very big. The view from the room was wonderful. We slept very well. The hotel had huge delicious breakfast with fresh juice and many different dishes. We also met some very nice people at breakfast.

We had a little problem with the key, but the staff was very helpful. In general we really enjoyed our stay. All the staff was friendly, the service was excellent and we had everything we needed. The hotel has great location and the price is very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would love to stay here again. Yuliya

Washington Hotel Positive review: New and clean Great view from the window Comfortable beds Very big delicious breakfast Good location A little expensive Very friendly helpful staff Negative review: Old The room – small, dirty towels Small beds Tiny breakfast Good location Good price Unfriendly staff Terrible service
