Progress during this meeting Decisions were made on how to address all comments received for D2.1 except Comment#21 on PICS CNM1 is postponed. RichardT and RichardM will check with JouniK on the meaning of the questionable statement. Richard Maiden gave a presentation (tf3_1712_maiden_unoccupied_RB_3.pptx) on how to identify which Resource Blocks are mapped into a flow, which allows one to not send unused RBs Motion was made to move the draft to sponsor ballot immediately after the editor resolves the comments This motion was passed with 9 Yes, 0 No, and 0 Abstain
Progress during this meeting Lujing Cai gave a presentation that proposed the functional splits 7.2 and 7.3 should be fully supported in version 2 of P1914.3. This will be considered when we start version 2. Version 2 must wait for version 1 to be approved before it can start.
Next Steps Editor releases D3.0 draft WG chair initiates the Sponsor Ballot processes (see https://standards.ieee.org/develop/balloting.html) Teleconferences to discuss possibilities for 1914.3v2 will start in Jan 2018
