Laying Aside Luke 21:34-36 – “take heed to yourselves, lest your hearts be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness, and cares of this life” Mark 4:18-19 – “the cares of this world, the deceitfulness of riches, and the desires for other things entering in choke the word” I Peter 2:1-2 – “laying aside all malice, all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and all evil speaking”

No one come to the Father except through Me.” Source of All Blessings Ephesians 1:3 – “blessed us with every spiritual blessing… in Christ”

Looking Unto Jesus Our Example: Our Strength Our Victory Our Judge I Peter 2:21 – “leaving us an example, that you should follow His steps” Our Strength Philippians 4:13 – “I can do all things thru Christ who strengthens me” Our Victory I Corinthians 15:57 – “the victory thru our Lord Jesus Christ Our Judge Matthew 25:31-34 – “Come, you blessed of My Father”

Conclusion Let us lay aside all things that would hinder us from growing closer to God. Let us run the race with endurance; remaining faithful until the end. Let us look until Jesus as our Savior, our Example, and our Strength.
