2017 – CMAC recommendations Slide 23 (21-22) - Identify major scope additions as soon as possible The PLAN exercises performed during 2017 aims to decide on additional activities. This is under control, and PLAN exercises are also foreseen to be performed during LS2 Experiments have now included, in PLAN, their activities for which they will need support from infrastructure services Master schedules are being refined and will be presented in Chamonix 2018 Slide 14 : “We recommend to perform a detailed risk analysis of potential damage to the SC magnets during an extensive training campaign (as well as operation) to 7 TeV. Based on the outcome  of this analysis and the associated mitigation plan we recommend to train the LHC magnets to 7 TeV before the end of LS2, allowing a sufficient margin for the LHC machine to recover from unknown events.” : Will be treated in talk of J.-P.
