Looking due west perpendicular from our sign the nearest residence is 243 yards (729 feet) away.

Panning Northward again, the next nearest residence is 93 yards (279 feet) perpendicular from the site of the sign.

Looking due North toward Cortez Ave, the next nearest residence is 408 yards (1224 feet) from the site of the sign.

Looking West along US 70, this sign is approximately 1 mile from our store and appears to be taller than 12 feet.

This sign appears to be as tall as the McDonalds sign and is very visible from US 70.

Another sign in the area much taller than 12 feet.
