Spring 2017 Parent rep on strategy and commissioning board for disabled children Parent Forum Islington Parents Action Group Childcare Coalition Carers view monitor Parent representative at NHS Children’s Service Improvement group Volunteer for new outreach service

What I get out of it Meet people and made some good friends Learn about ‘matters’ that will help my child Shape and influence borough disability strategy in a small way (Easy) voice on national matters, eg recent green paper Work opportunities Learn who is who in the council
