Management vs. Leadership - Self-Assessment Organizational leaders need to be skilled at both leading and managing to achieve their business objectives. . And, the key behaviors associated with each role, as listed below, can add value and support to the achievement of desired business results. Directions: For the statements below you will have a total of ten points to distribute between the two categories for each question, or you may assign all ten points to one category. After assessing all questions, add up the column totals. 1 of 2
