Conclusion CSC LV system shows rather reliable operation in previous physics run Failure rate was rather high for some system components but joint efforts CSC and Wiener highly improved this statistics Big impact in Peripheral Crate reliability (TMB 3.3V) was achieved by replacement (near 6000) tin plated PC backplane contacts by gold plated one. 9/13/2018 Petr Levchenko CERN
