Main QC checks Attributes Check and match with Primary Packaging Product/Brand Tag/Product description page Brand Sticker Barcode/EAN number MRP Frame Color, size, Material Glass/Lens Color, Material In box content and accessories Warranty card Ideal for Style Code *For Combo products, QC should be performed separately.

General Guidelines Primary Packaging Brand Sticker & Barcode Primary brand packaging is mandatory Brand packaging should be undamaged and intact. Brand Sticker & Barcode Brand tag/sticker attached with the product is mandatory Brand name and logo should be clear on the tag and should match with Paytm’s product page In Box Content & Accessories All the items mentioned in the product description page should be there (eg. Case, Cloth, lens cleaner) All items outside the brand-box or any extra freebie, if provided by the company or the vendor, should be there and in proper condition Ensure no partial shipping.

General Guidelines MRP Frame Color, Size, Material MRP on the tag should match the MRP mentioned in the product description on PayTm Frame Color, Size, Material Check frame color , size , material of the product & match with the product description on PayTm Glass / Lens Material, Color, Check glass/ lens color , material of the product & match with the product description on PayTm Warranty Card Ensure warranty card is present and readable. Warranty period on the card should match the description given on the Paytm description page (if there).
