Facilities Update November 17, 2017

Sierra Vista Completion December 15th, 2017. Relocation to Sierra Vista scheduled December 15th and 16th for multiple departments and with second and third follow up phasing. Instruction: 31 offices Student Services: 53 offices

Relocation to Sierra Nevada Relocation of EOPS , Financial Aid, Admissions and Records, Counseling, Career Services, Transfer Center, Assessment, Bursar and Instruction to Sierra Vista December 15th and 16th, 2017 EOPS Annex Financial Aid Office and Assessment Admission and Records and Bursar 1, 2 & 3 1 2 1 3 2 3

Relocation and Space Plan Moving company to manage and assist with relocation. Boxes issued 11/27/17. Each floor will be color coded for personal materials placement. PE and VG Trailer move on February 22, 2018 with all remaining relocations as noted.

PE, Verdugo Gym and San Fernando Trailers Financial Aid Bungalow conversion to 2 classrooms, football lockers, coaches offices Assessment Bungalow conversion to 3 classrooms and maintain CalWORKS Two new trailers on basketball court to house DSPS, Title V and classrooms San Fernando Complex and Assessment building to refresh into classrooms and remain throughout the 2017 and 2018 scheduled years.
