To collect and analyse data from Frank Boye Nig Ltd for the implementation of Performance based Project Management strategy. To provide a Performance based Project Management strategy on how to improve team work productivity in the company. Critical summary of the relevance of the research and outcomes Causes of delay and poor quality output identified by client was reviewed in the research literature from past research studies. Data was collected from construction project team on the past and previous projects in the company. Poor productivity of project team and the poor quality output was analysed from the result gotten through the interview method in collecting data. Performance based project management strategy was developed to adjust the affected areas identified in the analysis result of the collected data from company project team.
