Enrollment Procedures Check the course catalogue in the Student Information System (SIS); Do not wait for the deadline on 20 January 2017. Finalize your enrollments as early as you can so that your Advisor will have sufficient time to approve your enrollment online. Make a study plan for your whole program in consultation with your Advisor; Enroll online (in your SIS) the courses that you plan to take this semester as agreed with your Advisor. Registration/Enrollment = 6-20 January 2017

Enrollment Procedures Registration/Enrollment = 6-20 January 2017 Registration/enrollment of courses will no longer be allowed after the deadline for adding/ dropping of courses on Friday, 20 January 2017. There will be no refund of tuition and registration fees for all continuing students who resign after the deadline for adding and dropping of courses.

Enrollment Procedures Students with Scholarships Please submit your bank account details (the first page of your passbook) to Scholarships Unit, Office of Student Affairs for your bursary; Kasikornbank and SCB bank will be at the Cafeteria on Monday from 10:00 am to accept applications for savings account. The requirements have been sent to you by email. Original receipt of air ticket for ADB scholars. Bursaries/monthly stipend will be available by the last week of January.

Financial Requirements BASIC PRINCIPLES: A student will be allowed to enroll in a semester only when all fees are paid latest by adding/dropping of courses for that semester. If fees are not paid at: Classes begin = suspended Adding/dropping of courses = dismiss One week before mid-sem starts (for additional payments) = take out from class list and not allowed to take mid-sem exam

WHY WE SHOULD NOT PLAGIARIZE? It is unfair not to acknowledge your colleagues for the work they have done. Readers will be inclined to think you are far more intelligent and creative than you actually are. It is misleading and perhaps dishonest to present the work of your colleagues as your own. www.ait.asia

HOW TO AVOID PLAGIARISM Acknowledge borrowed material within the text by introducing the quotation or paraphrase with the name of the authority from whom it was taken. Enclose within quotation marks all quoted materials. Make certain that paraphrased material is written in your own style and language. The simple rearrangement of sentence patterns is unacceptable. Penalties for Misconduct The most extreme penalty that the Institute can impose is expulsion/dismissal. Otherwise, a student may face: suspension expulsion or suspension from the dormitory prohibition from entering certain AIT buildings Suspension of library use temporary or permanent suspension of the student's access to the Institute's IT resources a fine a public warning community service being declared persona non grata prohibition from being employed at the Institute. www.ait.asia www.ait.asia
