THOR Directory: Three Facility Types 9/27/2014 THOR Directory: Three Facility Types 1) Structured Housing - may or may not provide programming Recovery Residences  substance abuse 2) Standard – deliver 1 or more hours of substance abuse services Faith-based, 12-Step, self-help, recovery coaches/mentors 3) Intensive - deliver 5 or more hours of substance abuse counseling Programming delivered by certified or licensed providers Community Based Residential Programs
