Getting value from Library data Use & Non-Use Which services/resources are staff/students using? How/when are they using them? Who is using what? How can we optimise their experience? Which services/resources are (some) staff/students underusing? Who could benefit from them? How/when can we link them to the services they need, especially when they don’t know they need them?
