Situation Situation CTI-CFF Website Revamping based on stakeholders input IEC – Information, Education, & Communication Useful, User-Friendly

Mission & Vision Mission & Vision To address the IEC and to strengthen the existence of Permanent CTI-CFF Regional Secretariat

Input Staff, such as hiring the professional web developer technology & support, such as softwares and internet connection Research base, such as creating algorithm, building system, and analyzing the needs of developing website (mathematical approach) Time to build and develop the product (website) Money (supporting the those materials needed) Equipment, such as hardwares

Output What we do – Activities Who do we reach Develop the new website structure Update information Socialize the web Work with partners Who do we reach Partners from Technical Working Group NCCs Media and related stakeholders (society or random visitor)

Outcomes - Impact Short Term Medium Term Long term Awareness of CTI Knowledge of CTI Overview the perception/interpretation/opinion regarding CTI-CFF Medium Term Behavior change (open the opportunity to contribute in our Goals) Aspiration/motivation (obtaining aspiration from the visitors e.g. stakeholders, NCC, and partners) Change in Policy/decision making (to get the best perception/knowledge about CTI-CFF) Long term Skills transferring (to attract the internship student for learning further about CTI-CFF) Social environmental (to spread the updated information/news regarding CTI-CFF) Sustainable environment (to encourage the society for protecting environment in CTI-CFF scope)

Assumptions Financial and technical supports assistance (budget and human resources) Sufficient and proficient information from NCCs, CTI Partners in providing information (supporting material, research base from those partners)

External Factors Regular visit from the readers to the website (to fulfill the needs of visitors in academic, social, and government) Feedback from visitors (comment and opinion)

Evaluation Calculating the number of hits; Visitor profiles (including the region, country, age, sex, and institution) Rate Engagement (the number of shared information in any social media and the other pages) Downloaded documents (the number of downloaded documents and of the most reaching RPOA goals)
