Internal Vacancies
Login on site Open Internal Vacancies site in sitecore Enter your User name and Password Choose Desktop mode Press Login button Check that you are able to see site tree on content editor
Page Editor Site Click on Sitecore button an click on Page Editor
Edit a new function Click on Site Control Panel from the ribbon tab Click on Function List from Internal Vacancies Settings Click on Job Function from Insert ribbon Enter the name for the new job function and click OK Fill Job Function label and click Save and then Approve and Publish
Edit a new location Click on Site Control Panel from the ribbon tab Click on Location List from Internal Vacancies Settings Click on Job Location from Insert ribbon Enter the name for the new job location and click OK Fill Job Function label and click Save and then Approve and Publish
Add a new job article page Add a content page on site Click on Insert Page from ribbon tab from content page Select Job Article Page Enter the name for the new job article page and click Insert Save and then Approve and Publish
Edit a job article page Edit Ordered Generic list Properties by filling position field, location field, closing date field which need to be greater than or equal to today date, function field and check or uncheck the next scheduled checkbox, depending if you want that the new job created to appear on the next scheduler Edit Job Article Component then Save and then Approve and Publish
Add a Subscribe Job Component on Job Article Page Click on Components button from ribbon tab from the job article page Select Subscribe Job Component Press Select Save and then Approve and Publish the page
Add Ordered Generic List Component on Content page Click on Components button from ribbon tab from the content page Select Ordered Generic List Component Select the fields that you want to be displayed on page Save and then Approve and Publish All the Job article pages that are under the content page will be displayed on ordered generic list component
How it work Subscribe Job component Job scheduler For now on every time when a new job is created and you are subscribe to it you will receive an email that a new job is vacant Try to subscribe to a job If you have subscribe for the first time you will get the message: You have been successfully subscribed! If you have already subscribed you will get the message: You are already subscribed! After you subscribe you will receive an email with your subscription
How to edit emails and labels for job subscription To be able for edit this labels you need to have al least webmaster rights Open Site Control Panel Click on Subscription Component labes Choose a label and edit it Save and then Approve and Publish
How to edit the email scheduler labes To be able for edit this labels you need to have al least webmaster rights Open Site Control Panel Click on Send jobs email scheduler Choose a label and edit it Save and then Approve and Publish
How to edit the confirmation email labes To be able for edit this labels you need to have al least webmaster rights Open Site Control Panel Click on Email Confirmation email Choose a label and edit it Save and then Approve and Publish
How you can see the subscribers To be able for edit this labels you need to have al least webmaster rights Open Site Control Panel Click on Subscriptions list You are able to see all subscribers and to make different sort of them. You can sort by name, sort by jobs, sort by function and sort by location
