Payment and Forms $125.00 due by April 17th Checks payable to Beachwood Middle School All forms also due by April 17th
Chaperones BMS 6th Grade Team Members Seniors and/or College Students Hiram House Counselors and staff Guidance Counselor Nurse
Special Activities Night Hike PTO sponsored bonfire with snacks Mixer Recreation Time Scavenger Hunt Tie-Dying
Accommodations Separate cabins for boys and girls Cabins sleep 50 students Overnight camp counselors will chaperone student cabins
Day Camper Option Available for any student Bus available to take from BMS to camp each morning PARENT pick-up at Hiram House at 6:30pm (no bus available in the evening) Form given by request only
Packing List Detailed list in Parent Packet Sheets, towels, pillows,and blankets or sleeping bag are necessary Weather appropriate clothing Watch

Electronics Cameras are permitted Electronics will NOT be permitted cell phones and iPods laptops tablets, Nooks, and Kindles any game system (including hand held) An emergency phone number will be provided for parents

Behavior Contract No Suspensions No more than 4 Referrals May require a parent meeting Effective January 18th Do the Right Thing!
Student Conduct at Camp All BMS rules apply for the duration of the trip Major behavior problems will result in parents picking up student from Hiram House
