“(For my determined purpose is) that I may know Him (that I may progressively become more deeply and intimately acquainted with Him, perceiving and recognizing and understanding the wonders of His person more strongly).” (Phil. 3:10a, Amplified).

Nobody believed in David! His dad did not think David as enough

Nobody believed in David! His brother never thought he was not enough;

David was hungry:- 1 Samuel 17 28 When Eliab, David’s oldest brother, heard him speaking with the men, he burned with anger at him and asked, “Why have you come down here? And with whom did you leave those few sheep in the wilderness? I know how conceited you are and how wicked your heart is; you came down only to watch the battle.” 29 “Now what have I done?” said David. “Can’t I even speak?” 30 He then turned away to someone else and brought up the same matter, and the men answered him as before.

Nobody believed in David! Goliath did not think he was enough.

HUNGER FOR GOD People who are hungry are unstoppable. You are writing the script of your life. Develop a sense of urgency. Whatever you want to do, do it massively.  Nothing can resist the will a man.  Ignore your critics. There is greatness in me. If you want something, learn to be relentless. Always be looking for a way. You are unstoppable.

POINT OF DECISION –SHIFTING PLACE It is going to take some efforts. David was brought to his shifting place. Place of greatest battle is the shifting place/Place of encounter. Where the oil activates. When David got to this place, he added blood to his oil after cutting the head of the giant. The PASTURE gave way to the PALACE The KID turned to be KING. I will not kill my giant until I AM HUNGRY and believe that I AM ENOUGH

GETHSEMANE – A PLACE OF PRESSING OIL The word gethsemane is derived from two Hebrew words: gat, which means "a place for pressing oil (or wine)" and shemanim, which means "oils.“ So it's the place of the olive press, it's where olives were grown and it's were olives were crushed to make olive oil. The weight of the sins of the world pressed down upon him like a heavy slab of rock pressed down on olives in their baskets. His sweat, "like drops of blood falling from to the ground" (Luke 22:44), flowed from him like olive oil as it was squeezed out and flowed into the pit of an olive press.

To be hungry I have to overcome me and my circumstances Moses was a criminal exiled from Egypt’s penal system who found his purpose and become a great leader. Paul wrote God-inspired epistles from a jail cell. Elijah was an out-law when God appeared to him in a vision. No test NO TESTIMONY! I refuse to be handcuffed by the limitations that my environment, upbringing, or peers have set for me. I refuse to accept defeat of my dream when financial setbacks alter my plan. John 14:27b ‘Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.’
