Office Process Direct students to use drop-in hours Short staffed! Goal: 3 new counselors hired by Nov 16th Scheduling time with a specific counselor is very difficult Currently no west side counselor (interviews today!) Patience with email and phone call responses Short staffed 2 front counter and 1 scholarship fiscal tech start 11/1! Average 100 emails per day, similar number of calls Transition to “paperless” office Front desk will scan and return docs to students Students should use CWU Email for secure delivery, not personal email
