CeL 2014-15 Budget Estimated 2014-15 Revenue: $2,800,000 Estimated Overload Costs: $665,500 Estimated CEL 1001 Stipends: $35,000 CeL New Program Incentives: $495,000 Online Proctoring Support: $70,000 CeL Operating Costs: $1,400,000 Testing Center Center for Learning & Student Success (CLASS) Math Tutoring Center Budget Surplus $134,500 State that we kept revenue flat as a result of terminating the overload model – In fact we are on pace to increase revenue by 7-10% after the fall semester figures

State Authorization Status Currently authorized in 48 states Authorization in Missouri is pending (49) Authorization in Minnesota is not cost effective at this time Working with the College of Nursing regarding 3 online programs that have clinical/practicum requirements which changes the authorization status for those programs only
