The reason for the flash is also because of the injection force push the pin to the other side and out of middle position , so there have some flash in this area . The solution see the next page

Suggestion We propose to reduce the materials for the 3 areas , and we will add 3 support points for the part on the mold , this change can solve the flash , please check it . Update drawing
