Each project submitted must have a separate PowerPoint file. Include only one entry per CD. CD must utilize a PC format. Each project submittal file size must not exceed 40 MB. Slide 1 is for instruction purposes only and should not be included in the submittal. Your submittal should begin with slide 2. Please delete this slide after printing these instructions. Slide 2 Project Title Slide must be the first slide of each presentation and shall contain the information requested: Project Name, Location and Date of Completion. (This is slide 1 of your submittal) Slide 3 Concept Statement Slide should give a brief concept statement about the project describing the program requirements, context, project cost and solution. Please limit this statement to 150 words. (This is slide 2 of your submittal) Slide 4 Project Data Slide shall contain the information requested: Project Name Building Area (GSF), Structure, Major Materials and Systems and Site Features. (This is slide 3 of your submittal) Provide a maximum of twenty five (25) total individual PowerPoint slides in your submittal that include site plan drawing, floor plan drawings, sections (optional), images of the project context and exterior and interior views of the project. Limit one image in each PowerPoint slide. Use short texts with the photos describing the view and orientation of the images used in your submittal. Avoid using long text next to the photographs and drawings that can be distracting and difficult to read when projected. Be concise and use Arial Font only. Utilize low to medium resolution JPG images only. Please use a white slide background ONLY to best support your project graphics and images.
