Work to be done... 1) The algorithm for converting voice has been improved further and once implemented would significantly improve the training time making te already 2x faster to 2000x faster. 2) The video accuracy is still only 50% which needs some modification in algorithm to bump up it’s accuracy to atleast 80% or more. 3) The marketing of the product.

Evaluation We have completed the work of 12 months expected time in just 7 months and have been far ahead for our deadlines. The earlier propose plan has been pre-poned from 18 months of project to just 12 months. The trial version alpha 0.1 has been out for a month and getting a good response from users and the alpha 0.2 is soon to be out within a fortnight.

Uses One of the highest grossing industry the film industry has heavy requirements of this product. The animated movies will have heavy reductions in cost of production using this tool where the complete audio could be given with just a written script. The amount of money wasted in shot retakes is extremely high due to wrong dialogue dilevery.

Few more uses... The dumb people will have a way to convey their information through voices too now by just typing the sentences and the product will automatically change it to . The authors of books will no longer have to speak the whole book for converting it to an audio book. The blind people will be able to understand the written text by just inserting the text in the software and getting an audio for it.

And a few more ... The music industry would be revolutionised with the help of this project. The minor errors while recording song could be rectified using it and would not need complete retake of the song. The AI music charting in BillBoard is not impossible anymore.

Budget The team consist of highly talented machine learning practictioner and enthusiasts ready to work day and night given the proper salary. The company wants to move to new office and buy high end computers as current situation wastes a lot of time. The mid term estimate of the cost would require a budget of Rs 1 crore for half year after which it is expected that project would be able to start generating its revenue.
