8.3 FLEXIBIN – SYSTEM SETUP FOR FLEXIBIN SORTER (SINGLE LINK OM WITH 1 OT) Settings above is apply for Single Link OM with 1 OT for running Flexibin Sorter. (TS40 type machine, T20 Duplicate Drawer A to B) Baud rate configure as 19200 for Test Station No.1. (Noted that highest baud rate for RS232 test result receiving is 57600) Due to OM link change to Test Station No.2, control file must add #M2 in order to retrieve CAMNET data from OM.

8.3 FLEXIBIN – MODULE SETUP FOR FLEXIBIN SORTER MODE Special > Flexibin Sorter Map, click the view the bin map, this FlexiBin Map must be equal to OM Flexi bin map.

8.3 FLEXIBIN – MODULE SETUP FOR FLEXIBIN SORTER MODE Bin Reassignment > Trigger by OM and M/C will stop during reassignment. Operator must use handheld scanner to scan the Location Bin to clear the quantity and accept new pgmbin assignment.
