IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL We look forward to welcoming you all to Reading RFC Under 7, 8 & 9 festival this Sunday First matches will start @ 09:15 so allow plenty of time to get parked and to the base camp area Parking is NOT AT THE CLUB, we are using a field just across the road post code RG4 6ST – opposite the entrance to Reading Bluecoat School & next door to Berkshire County Sports (see map in this pack) With the exception of disabled parking which will be at the main club We will be charging £5 for each car parked (& £5 for foot traffic for entrance) to cover expenses of staging the event We operate a NO DOGS policy (except for guide dogs) We have designated areas for any tents or gazebo’s you may wish to set up (see map) please refrain from setting up any base camps pitch side

PARKING & ACCESS TO GROUND

INFORMATION FOR COACHES & MANAGERS All teams entered in the competition will be expected to provide a referee for each team entered We have a hectic afternoon youth & senior rugby schedule so we have started slightly earlier to accommodate this It's incumbent on each team to enter the field of play @ the right time, to give us a fighting chance of staying on schedule We will be playing mixed ability pools in each age group, to manage time some pools are split over two pitches so please look closely at where you need to be playing / refereeing There are no winners, losers or prizes (keeping score is optional) so it should be quite a relaxed morning We have a medical team in attendance who will be wearing pink and will be basing themselves around the playing areas & in the physio room in the changing area

Playing Area Straightforward round robin of mixed ability friendly matches Under 7 - three pools arranged on pitch 1 (5 x mini pitches) Pool matches are split across two pitches Under 8 - four pools arranged on pitch 2 (4 x mini pitches) Under 9 – four pools arranged on Rab’s Field (4 x mini pitches) Only set up tents / gazebo’s in the designated area (Healy's Corner) and not pitch side
