The Process and Progress of EFA in Cambodia National Plan 2003-2015 and EFA MDA Report writing EFA National Plan 2003-2015 has been launched officially on the 10th of June 2003. EFA has been married the Education Strategic Plan, the rolling plan Education Sector Support Program (ESSP) since the beginning from 2001-05 moved to 2004-08, than 2006-2010.

The Process and Progress of EFA in Cambodia National Plan 2003-2015 Created National EFA Committee Created EFA Secretariat General Formed the Working groups responsible for each EFA goal A series of consultative meetings to review various drafts comprising from local NGOs, IOs and stakeholders Conducted field visits nationwide for data collection.

At what level is Cambodia's EFA? Has it been decentralized yet? EFA Structure and Decentralization National Education for All Committee (NEFAC) Provincial Education for All Committee (PEFAC) District Education for All Committee (DEFAC) Communal Education for All Committee (CEFAC) CEFAC is responsible for EFA planning in its own Commune The other Committees are responsible for supporting, guiding, encouraging, and providing assistance needed.
