Preliminary Secure Report Cards They are both preliminary and secure. The data are NOT redacted or suppressed in secure report cards. Individual student information could be derived from these report cards. The data or information on these report cards should never be shared with the media or public – even after the embargo is lifted. Public report cards are okay to share.

Data Elements Student achievement -assessment results (point-based proficiency) -assessments: WKCE, Badger, Forward, ACT, WAA-SwD, DLM Growth (value-added) -change in assessment results over time -account for student demographics, prior test performance

2015-16 Accountability Report Cards Report card calculations require at least two years of data. Many 2016-17 choice school report cards do not have sufficient data to calculate an overall score. * Performance cannot be scored due to one of three data issues: insufficient choice enrollment data; fewer than 20 tested students; or submission of data for only one of the two years that are required to produce a score.
