Log in to Paperless Proficiency Testing www.foodpt.com Click to ‘LOGIN’

LOGIN Enter your User ID and Password (your User ID is your API customer number) If you have misplaced your Password, click ‘Lost Your Password’

You’re now logged in Your laboratory name appears on the top of the page Click on ‘Evaluation Reports’

You can access all the reports from the events in which you participated Click on the desired ‘Test Event Evaluation Report’ to get a detailed report of your performance

Print your Evaluation Report Click on ‘Print Evaluation (PDF)’ to get your entire report in a printable format

Accredited Evaluation Report Back to menu

Statistics Click on ‘View’ to get information/ statistics about each parameter

Your lab’s reported result is displayed on the graph Back to menu

Additional Information You are also able to view information about your performance over time……. ….. As well as general information about your report and the API PT scheme… … And access information about ‘All participants’ data

Technician Competency Evaluation Reports will be available on-line, at the same time as the Proficiency Testing Evaluation Reports Lab Manager can access all Technicians’ Evaluation reports in the ‘Manage Technician’ menu

Technician Competency Results Each Technician can log on with his/her own ID and password to get his/her own report

‘Participant Data Summaries’ From the website, labs can get information about all the results obtained by the other participants, as well as the methods used Click on ‘Participant Data Summaries’

All Participants’ Results You can choose to download the full report for the event…

All Participants’ Results …Or get specific information about one (group of) organism(s)/sample You can get additional information regarding the organisms contained in each sample … … and information about SD, CV and uncertainty, as well as commentary about performance and SDs used to evaluate the samples.

All Participants’ Results It’s possible to ‘extract the results from the laboratories using the same method/type of method (any method used by a minimum of 5 participants is displayed in ‘Method Group’)
