WARNINGS Side Description COMPONENTS SIDE (TOP) EXPRESSIONS BOARD 1/2 IC4 and IC5 (F1707900) Cases are SOP20, while PCB pads are for SOP18 cases. Match component pin n°1 with silkscreen “pin n°1” symbol Protect PCB below pins n° 10 and 11 with some kapton IC2 (F1102157) – see figure below – This component must be mounted parallel to PCB: before mounting, prefold pins at 90°. In order to solder it next to IC5, you have to cut (red line) a little piece of heatspreader . Protect PCB below case heatspreader (yellow zone) with some kapton.
