Making an EHA system I'm EHA team member Yong-gyu Hwang who presents this time. I will start the presentation. this is team member and team name is EHA.

Context Purpose Planning Starting Selecting Parts Design Making a Control Circuit Real EHA Conclusion History Log Q & A Today, I will clarify the team purpose and present about a actuator, LVDT, and a pump of the EHA system. I have a lot of thing to talk about that.

Purpose EHA team’s goal Research EHA in Developed country EHA has a narrow field in Korea Why? Make a EHA system in use with our hands. Before introducing the EHA, I’ll talk about our purpose. Our purpose is making a EHA system in use that isn’t used before in Korea.. As we presented before, development of EHA system in KOREA isn’t mature. It used in very narrow field. This picture shows the purpose of our team. We will make the system and it will revised for these purposes

Planning 구조 이야기, 부품 설정. So we planed to do a meeting with RPM tech. We already talked about RPM tech. RPM tech installed the EHA system of the thermoelectric power plant in Boryong, 2009. but we could make a plan to meeting, not did now. Now we making a script and revise to do a meeting perfectly. So we can talk about this presizely on next time

This picture shows how the EHA system works. We already talked about a motor that controls a pump at last time. Now I am going to talk about an Actuator, LVDT, and a pump. Today’s topic

Cylinder - Actuator = Cylinder + LVDT Specification Load type Single load Diameter Φ63mm Pressure 140kgf/cm2 speed 8~200mm/sec length 300mm Force 4361kgf Cylinder (Chosen one from KCC) 1st. I’m going to talk about an actuator. This actuator is the chosen one by us. The specification of actuator meets our requirements. So we talk this to our Professor. We can get an approval from him. acceptable for our purpose. Got an approval of our prof.

LVDT Electric -> position sensor Example of LVDT assignment Diagram of LVDT assignment Research the method how to install LVDT in the Cylinder. Discussing with KCC 2nd, is the LVDT. This is the LVDT diagram how this works. Now we are researching how to install this LVDT into the cylinder. So we planed to talk with KCC HYD cylinder coorporation about the possibility of the installation of the LVDT.

Pump - Selection? Bi-direction pump Example of the pump Final. This is a pump. We selected the Bi-direction pump to use in EHA system. We tried to select actual product model, but there are too many FRs to consider. So we asked our difficulties to our professor. Professor said he could introduce a mento who can talk about this.
