Grading Standards based grading Assignments Assessments These will be graded according to a standards based rubric and converted to percentages for traditional grading

Homework I consider Homework to be a practice of a skill they are learning. All writing will be done in class, unless there is an agreement between teacher and parent otherwise.

Learning Groups Class will work in CLG Groups will change Students have roles, these rotate Students learning how to work in a group

Growth Mindset Students will be challenged with the idea that growth can be uncomfortable but that is ok. I’m not a _______ yet. Mistakes are part of the process and celebrated.
