Citizens Advice Bolton

Whenever people need advice, we’re here We provide free, confidential and impartial advice to those living in or around Bolton. We are also supported by Citizens Advice nationally to research and campaign on big issues affecting people’s lives. Our goal is to help everyone find a way forward, whatever problems they face.

During 2016 – 17… Citizens Advice Bolton helped 11,500 individuals, with over 16,000 queries We have specialist advisers in the following areas: Welfare Benefits Money Advice Housing Immigration Community Care We also provide information on lots of other areas, such as: Consumer Rights, Employment, Relationships and Family

Our dedicated staff and volunteer team 31 paid staff, supported by 32 highly trained volunteers contributing over 7,500 hours during 2016 - 2017 The best thing about volunteering at my local Citizens Advice is being able to help those who didn’t know where else to turn.

Free, confidential advice. Whoever you are. We help people overcome their problems and campaign on big issues when their voices need to be heard. We value diversity, champion equality, and challenge discrimination and harassment. We’re here for everyone.
