Distance, Speed and Time By Cody Rivero

To find the distance, cover it up. X S T

To find the Speed, cover it up. X S T

To find the time, cover it up. X S T

This is how it works To find the distance multiply speed by time To find speed divide distance by time To find time divide speed

Multiply speed by time 30x1=30 Let’s see you work it! What is the distance this cruise ship will travel in one hour at a speed of 30 knots per hour? Multiply speed by time 30x1=30 Its asking about DISTANCE so cover it up and do the math. S X T

Here is another problem: There is a concert at the lake. Alberto has bought the tickets and needs a way to get there. He found a pink scooter from an alley. If he can get up to 10 miles per hour. And the lake is 100 miles away how long will it take him? To find the time, cover it up. D 10 x 10 = 100. X S T
