Identify industries where sound plays important part Industries where sound plays a vital part in that industry include, Film and TV productions, Games Design and Radio shows and podcasts. These industries value sound because for a radio show there are no visuals and the consumer of that media needs to rely on sounds to enjoy the product. For the films and games sound is required to build atmosphere and an overall feel of the genre of film through a soundtrack and sfx

Identify three media based industries (for example Film/TV, Radio, Games industry) Three media based industries include film and TV, radio, games industry which are industries that rely on sound to get a point across or create atmosphere within a scene. These industries use a lot of sound.

For each industry identify three sound based job roles (for example Film/TV: sound engineer, Foley sound, sound editor) The sound based job roles for each industry include Film and TV : Sound editor, Foley Sound Games Design: Audio Designer, Sound Engineer Radio: Sound Technician, Audio Engineer
