Before you get started - Key overall Tips A Learning Session: A Learning Session is a highly interactive session conducted to enable a group of people (trainees) to improve and specify non-technical skill that is relevant for personal and professional development. Facilitation methods: It has been proven that two-way and interactive learning methods are most effective. Choose your facilitation methods carefully. Examples are interactive Learning - Case based exercises, individual / group exercises, inquiry-based learning, role playing, scenario planning, hands on learning - learning-by-doing, experiential learning, demonstration on-sight, simulation etc.

Before you get started - Key overall Tips Be Clear in your instructions and ask Allow for a moment of reflection at the end: Allow participants to reflect what they have learned, and allow them to give feedback. As facilitator connect this back to the learning objectives initially put in place.

Following is the template/ order to follow

Learning Objectives & Target audience Specify the learning objectives of the session = What do you want your participants to be able to do or demonstrate at the end of your session. Who are you expecting to be in the room (you could check if the participants who are there are in fact who you expected to be there, and adjust your learning session slightly to that)
