Word Processor for Teachers: Creating Materials Create a new document and/or edit a previously saved one Copying, cutting and pasting text from/or to another application Inserting pictures into a document Enable teachers to create materials that can be printed for learners and/or presented to learners

PowerPoint in ELT Materials that you have already created with a word-processor can be copied and pasted into PowerPoint Too many lessons delivered with PowerPoint are one-way presentations that lack interaction and look more like a corporate board meeting PowerPoint can be particularly effective when used for whole-class teaching, especially with an interactive whiteboard (IWB)
