Network update Network connection (National/Dosmetic) : mmREN IP-VPN Network to Myawaddy IPLC mmREN IP-VPN Network to SMW3 IPLC mmREN Internet Network (IPSec) Network connection (International) : It needs to finalise the decision after getting last update from TEIN for procurement process. Updated information: MPT proposed mmREN Design at the beginning of August 2017. mmREN project is being discussed with MPT to implement as a CSR program. A new proposal for mmREN using Global IP-VPN will be prepared by MPT.

Activity update One member from Myanmar participated in the APRICOT 2017 which was held in Vietnam from 20th to 24th Feb. Two members from Myanmar will participate in ASI@CONNECT SECURITY Training Workshop in Malaysia from 23th Oct to 25th Oct A workshop is planned to conduct in Myanmar before end of 2017.

Others Comments/ Suggestions If TEIN can provide fully support for International link, we (Myanmar) can focus more on Domestic link. For Domestic link, we encounter a lot of challenges and we still have to work out a lot of things to overcome the issues.
