i-BIO OSDD A project funded by Regione Valle d’Aosta for creating research units. OSDD Research Unit aims at providing an informatic framework based on Cloud technologies to support the creation of open networks able to run industrial-standard pharmaceutical projects at a reduced cost.

i-BIO OSDD Our involvement: Development of tools (to be included in the OSDD framework to support the research) for the analysis of Gene Regulatory Networks dynamics. Currently the tool is able to Grow a gene interaction network adding all the necessary regulatory elements (mRNA, miRNA, proteins) Find the network attractors Extract the network state space Compare attractors from similar networks

CadProstate A project in collaboration with the Institute for Cancer Research and Treatment at Candiolo. Development of CAD (Computer Assisted Diagnosis) tools for the analysis of prostate cancer MRI images.
