Log In Log In!
Fill all meeting information Fill in: Topic Meeting Password Date and time for a Meeting Duration (meeting will continue until host ends it, only joining the meeting is not possible, if duration has ran out) Attendees email addressess Audio options (see next slides)
Choose Audio option! Choose Audio option: Integrated VoIP (all participants need to have headsets or other computer audio available) Teleconference Res-Plus from Intercall (Traditional teleconference where participants can join using phones, please see next slide how to set up this) Other (Use this if you want to have multiple countries Dial – In numbers) None
Click Add Teleconferencing Account You should have received your Intercall account details Fill Dial – In numbers from your account confirmation Fill in your Leader PIN and Conference code And Click OK! If you want to add multiple countries Dial In numbers please see next page
Multiple countries phone numbers Use Other option of teleconferencing settings. Write all numbers you need to have together with a conference code You can write as many numbers as possible Click OK!
Click Schedule a Meeting Click this button (it says either start now or Schedule now depends on when meeting is about to start)
