How it works (Continued): Request Capacity: Requesting District sends NWW Contracting copy of SOW. E-mail request must originate from Requesting District’s Contracting Office. NWW Contracting performs a detailed review of the SOW. When SOW is accepted and capacity is available, NWW will issue Requesting District a Transfer of Contract Capacity Agreement (TCCA) to review/sign. Once TCCA is executed by both Districts, requesting District can issue Request for Proposal (RFP) and award/administer task order. Send copies of task order documents and modifications to NWW.
