LHCONE a LHCONE meeting took place in Paris 5th April Present were: NRENs (RENATER, GARR, DFN, Rediris, Surfnet, JANET, CESNET, Poland...), DANTE, a few site representatives (GRIF, CC IN2P3, PIC, DESY, ..), CERN (D. Foster) and an experiment representative (D. Buonacorsi). This meeting was dedicated to discussion around LHCONE proposed architecture and prototype, using GEANT as a "distributed exchange point". “I think it was a rather good meeting, network experts were interested to meet with real sites!” M Jouvin
