Software Computer software, or simply software, also known as computer programs, is the non-tangible component of computers. Computer software includes all computer programs regardless of their architecture.

Software Education Knowledge of computer programming is a pre-requisite to becoming a software engineer. Many software engineers enter the profession by obtaining a university degree or training at a vocational school. B.E.(IT), B.Sc(SE), M.Sc.(SE), APTECH, NIIT, C-DAC etc.
