Supplier Business Reviews

Purpose The Supplier Business Review is intended to provide an opportunity to further develop relationships, and open lines of communication, with Suppliers and GHSP management members from various functional areas.

Process Strategic Buyer sends out an invitation, and agenda, to their main Supplier contact Supplier will make sure all their appropriate people are aligned and able to make the meeting Buyer facilitates the meeting Buyer will take notes and document follow up activity

Expected Outcome The number one outcome is to strengthen alignment between the Supplier and GHSP Both sides have had an opportunity to speak candidly about the relationship Plans are made to address issues / opportunities discussed during the meeting

Cadence Annually at a minimum, and more often as necessary Meeting will generally be held at GHSP – on occasion they can be held at a supplier location
