Study Objectives Determine existing parking supply and demand in commercial district Recommend strategies to maximize use of existing parking with minimal impact on nearby residential areas Identify additional parking opportunities or alternatives for district employees & visitors Five-year plan

Problem Identification Light rail parking consumes spaces used by customers and employees Employees occupying premium parking that would better serve customers Overall lack of parking during special events, causing overflow into residential areas Lack of consistent parking enforcement
