Key Learning: Look for the green tag before accessing a scaffold INCIDENT IP was asked by his Supervisor to check the diameter of a flange. To do so, he had to access an incomplete scaffold. The scaffolders were nearly finished but were still securing the ladders to complete the scaffold.
